About Us

South Counties Pediatric Critical Care Medical Group, with offices in Fountain Valley, West Covina, and Long Beach, California, specializes in pediatric inpatient medicine and critical care, serving both Orange and Los Angeles counties. Collectively, the highly qualified team of physicians at South Counties Pediatric Critical Care Medical Group has more than 100 years of experience and has treated more than 75,000 critically ill children. The critical care practice treats infants, children, and teens up to age 19.

The team at South Counties Pediatric Critical Care Medical Group includes physicians with advanced training in all subspecialties of pediatric medicine, including pediatric pulmonary care and pediatric critical care, to help manage severe asthma and chronic cough conditions that could otherwise require hospitalization. The specialists are also capable of performing a flexible bronchoscopy. 

South Counties Pediatric Critical Care Medical Group provides pediatric inpatient care in a number of settings, from critical care in the pediatric intensive care unit to pediatric hospital medicine. The inpatient care services include daily rounds, management of all medications and treatment, consultations with specialists, 24-hour coverage for hospital calls and admissions, and 24-hour critical transport with a team led by a pediatric intensivist.
